HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free standard worldwide shipping when you order a Scented Blaze kit. Any add-ons purchased with your kit will also qualify for free shipping.

For all other orders, we offer a flat rate of 10 Euros for worldwide shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days from the date the order is placed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

  • United States: 7-10 business days
  • Canada: 7-10 business days
  • Europe: 7-10 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 7-10 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times. Based on our experience, if there are no customs delays, you will likely receive your order sooner than these estimates.

CAN I GET FASTER SHIPPING?

We already use the fastest available shipping method.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All purchases are shipped via DHL Express with a tracking number.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us at info@oriki.co or via the Contact page.

WHY HASN’T MY ORDER BEEN DELIVERED YET?

We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery times depend on the shipping method, holidays, weather conditions, unforeseen events, and your local customs office.

If you experience a delay, we recommend contacting your local post office or customs authority. You can also reach out to us at info@oriki.co or through the Contact page.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

As we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, any cancellation or change requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this period, we cannot guarantee any changes. Please make sure your email address and delivery address are correct before submitting your order.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We want your shopping experience with Scented Blaze to be as enjoyable as possible, so we do accept returns. Please visit the Returns section for full details.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@oriki.co or through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery.

Please return items in their original packaging (or equally secure waterproof packaging), with product labels and tags still attached. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Be sure to include the original proof of purchase or a note with your name and order number inside the package to help us identify your order.

We will provide the return address once you contact us. Please obtain proof of postage from your courier and keep this proof safe, as it may be required for your refund. Do not return items without proof of postage.

Please clearly mark the outside of the package with "RE-IMPORT" or "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid unnecessary customs fees.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any import charges on returned goods will be deducted from your refund. If the item is returned in a condition different from how it was sent, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Due to the nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to customs fees or import taxes upon arrival in your country.

Scented Blaze is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are legally required to declare items at their full value and cannot modify this amount to reduce customs fees.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND? WHAT IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN INVOICE?

Refunds are only issued if your return complies with our Returns Policy.

Returned items are inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions. Once approved, a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs and any additional fees) will be issued to your original payment method.

Even if you didn’t receive a printed invoice, you can still return your item as long as you provide proof of purchase and shipping confirmation.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

The entire return and refund process usually takes approximately 21 days, including return shipping to our warehouse (this may vary depending on your location). We will contact you once your return has been received and evaluated.

If you have not heard from us within 21 days of sending your return, please contact us.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

Once your return is approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method.

The whole process generally takes about 21 days. Depending on your bank, refunds typically appear within 1-5 business days after processing.

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

All prices on our website are listed in Euros. Prices in other currencies are converted based on the current exchange rates provided by Shopify.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following payment methods:

For credit card payments, please select "Pay with PayPal" and then choose the "Pay with Credit Card" option.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience if you received a faulty or incorrect item. We are happy to assist you.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. HOW DO I FIX IT?

Please notify us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order, or before you receive your tracking number.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS?

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
